2 pounds ripe strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Add strawberries and lemon juice to food processor. Blend until strawberries are pureed. Add to popsicle molds. Freeze for 4-24 hours.
