Award Finalization

California Strawberry Scholarship Recipients:

To finalize your 2016–2017 Calfornia Strawberry Scholarship, please review this instruction letter, provide required documentation, and complete the Contact Information Form & Budget Form.

When you have your documents ready, send them to:

NOTE: Please do not email HTML file links or photos of your documents.

Important to know:

  • Send in your documents early to assure your award arrives before school fees are due
  • Transcripts must be official — Make sure your Spring grades are posted before ordering
  • If scanning your transcript, it is okay to open the envelope
  • Awards will be processed once all documents arrive at our office
  • Processing takes 2-3 weeks once all documents arrive
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your award is sent to your financial aid office - Please check directly with then to confirm its arrival.
  • Final documents due by November 1, 2016
