Ingredients

California strawberries

low-fat milk

frozen grape juice concentrate

cup
low-fat vanilla or blueberry yogurt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Garnish with sliced strawberries and a mint sprig, if desired.
