Registration is now open for the annual Strawberry Center Field Day — the largest research and education event for the California strawberry industry. The Commission and Cal Poly will welcome hundreds of strawberry growers, researchers, and industry members to learn about the latest in innovative farming technology and research to help growers better combat challenges and grow more efficiently and sustainably.

This year’s Field Day, on August 8, marks a celebration of 10 years of partnership between the Commission and Cal Poly to advance California’s strawberry industry while yielding groundbreaking research, education, and innovation.

Participants will rotate through Automation, Entomology, and Plant Pathology stations, hearing from Commission research and automation team members, Cal Poly students, and program staff about the latest research taking place at the Strawberry Center. Lunch will be served.
