This drink combines the juiciness of strawberries mixed with the unique taste of surinam cherries which is a combination of a tomato, cherry and a red bell pepper.
It is topped off with the blast of cinnamon-basil flavor from the shiso. Lastly, the drink is garnished with blue borage flowers. Recipe by Matthew Biancaniello.
