- Blender
Ingredients
Blue Layer
- 1 cup ice
- 2 1/2 oz blue curaçao
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- 1 Tbsp honey
Red Layer
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 cup ice
White Layer
- 1 cup ice
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup lemonade
Garnish
- 1 strawberry
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for the blue layer into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container to store in the freezer while you make the other two layers.
- Rinse the blender, then place all ingredients for the red layer in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and store in the freezer. Repeat with the white layer.
- Once you’re ready to serve the cocktails, add the red layer into a glass. Add the white layer, and then top it off with the blue layer.
- Garnish with a whole or half strawberry.
Notes
The layers need to be thick enough so they can sit on top of each other. Add more ice if needed.
