  • 3 celery stalks sliced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup 100% tomato juice
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp sea salt
