Strawberry and Mint Cottage Cheese Toast

- 1 slice thick cut multi grain bread- toasted
- 2 Tbsp cottage cheese
- 4 mint leaves
- 1-2 strawberries
Instructions
- Toast bread
- Layer cottage cheese onto toasted bread
- Slice strawberries and place on top of cottage cheese
- Garnish with mint
