Ingredients

  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 2 cups strawberries cut in quarters
  • 6 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup of the milk and corn starch; set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the strawberries and honey. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cornstarch and milk mixture and stir until it thickens. Whisk until smooth and serve.
