  • Blender


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened soy or pea milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds


  • In a blender combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.


Option to add 1 date for extra sweetness.
