Strawberry Almond Butter Snackwich
Serves: 4 rice cakes with toppings
- ½ cup almond butter
- 4 thin rice cakes
- 2-4 fresh, whole California strawberries
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey
- Smooth almond butter on top side of rice cakes. Add sliced strawberries and drizzle with honey. Serve open-faced or top with rice cake for a sandwich.
