Frozen Strawberry Mexican Mule
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 jalapeño
- ¼ cup tequila
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 6.8 fl oz / 2.9 mL ginger beer
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if needed.
- Pour into copper mugs or glasses and garnish with lime wheels and a strawberry. Enjoy!
