Strawberry Dessert Tacos

Bake a batch of sweet tortilla shells and set out a dessert taco bar! These sweet tacos make a great snack or dessert.

Sweet and crispy taco shells are dusted with cinnamon-sugar and dolloped with a sweet avocado vanilla yogurt studded with chopped strawberries to resemble “guacamole.” Fill tacos with tropical and colorful fruits and berries and garnish with coconut flakes to resemble “cheese.” Recipe by Yvette Marquez of Muy Bueno
