  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves


  • In a food processor, combine frozen strawberries, coconut milk, and mint leaves.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Divide between two cups and enjoy immediately.
  • Optional: add your favorite toppings such as shredded coconut or cacao nibs.
