Strawberry Mint Sorbet

- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- In a food processor, combine frozen strawberries, coconut milk, and mint leaves.
- Process until smooth.
- Divide between two cups and enjoy immediately.
- Optional: add your favorite toppings such as shredded coconut or cacao nibs.
