  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz carrot juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper


  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into 4 small glasses.
