Strawberry Almond Butter Snackwich

Servings 4 rice cakes with toppings
Calories 243kcal

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 4 thin rice cakes
  • 2-4 fresh whole California strawberries
  • 1-2 tsp of honey

Instructions

  • Smooth almond butter on top side of rice cakes. Add sliced strawberries and drizzle with honey. Serve open-faced or top with rice cake for a sandwich.
